2. Acceptance of General Sale Conditions


These General Conditions of Sale contractually govern the commercial relations between AnimoTAO.com and the site client. The validation of an order on the part of a customer generates acceptance of all of these General Conditions of Sale. They will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.


3. Products


AnimoTAO.com develops its own products for pets and therefore has complete independence with regard to the products offered on its sites. The products comply with the legislation and standards applicable in France. 

The photographs of the products have no contractual character. AnimoTAO.com reserves the right at any time and without notice to add or remove products from its catalog.


4. Products availability


The customer's order will be fulfilled within the limits of stocks available on our logistics platform or subject to orders awaiting delivery from our laboratory.
In the context of an order for a single article, unavailability of this article results in the display on the product page of the replenishment period warning the customer of the stock shortage. In the event of a restocking period of more than 30 days, AnimoTAO.com reserves the right to cancel the order and to reimburse it.

In the event of an order for a product with delayed availability, the entire order will not be processed and dispatched until all the products are available. 5. Prices


The prices displayed on the site and in its shop are expressed in Euros. Transport is not included in the price indicated on the product sheet. The total price indicated in the summary of your order is the final price.
This price includes the price of the total order with the detail of each product and the shipping costs. All prices are indicated inclusive of VAT (All Taxes Included) including VAT. The products remain the property of AnimoTAO.com until full collection of the price by the Site.


6. Order


The minimum purchase amount for your order to be taken into account is 10 euros including tax. The recording of an order on the site store and its validation by the customer occurs when the customer clicks on the "Confirm order" button on the "Summary of your order" page.
In addition to accepting the content of the order, this registration implies acceptance of all of these General Conditions of Sale and constitutes proof of the date of placing.
AnimoTAO.com confirms to the customer the acceptance of his order by e-mail to the address indicated by the customer.

The processing of the order, in the event of acceptance of the documents, may be subject to a processing delay ranging from 24 to 48 hours.
AnimoTAO.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any new order from a customer with whom a dispute exists.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Subject to product availability. Any order placed before 11am is dispatched the same day as far as possible or at the latest the next day (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

7. Delivery


Delivery zone

The delivery area includes Metropolitan France, Corsica, the DOM-TOM and certain foreign countries.

Delivery methods and time

Animo-TAO.com has selected several delivery methods and several carriers to best meet your expectations.
Delivery is made by GLS, La Poste or another carrier.
The packing slips validated by GLS and La Poste are proof of the shipment.
You can follow the progress of your shipment on the GLS, Colissimo or other site by indicating the parcel number on their site.
The deadlines announced are not contractual and a possible delay in delivery does not give the right to damages from AnimoTAO.com.
AnimoTAO.com reserves the right to change the carrier in the event of exceeding limits (weight, package dimensions) or geographic constraint (for example in Corsica).
Please note that some remote or difficult to access areas cannot benefit from Express delivery.
Shipping costs are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the products and are defined according to the amount of the order, the mode of transport chosen by the customer


Shipping policy

Shipping is carried out within 1 to 5 working days for France from the date of our order confirmation.
In accordance with article 138-1 of the Consumer Code, we agree to a maximum delivery time of 15 days.


Receipt of order

As soon as your order is taken over in the network of the transporter in charge of its delivery, a tracking number will be communicated to you and will allow you to track your package at any time on the website of the corresponding transporter.
During a Home delivery, your package will be delivered to you from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and in certain remote or difficult to access areas) to the address of your choice.

Note that some private carriers do not deliver PO boxes, postal sectors of the armed forces, and generally no address which does not contain enough information or which is inaccessible. In case of absence during a home delivery, the package may be deposited depending on the carrier:

    The carriers are not officially authorized to deposit the parcel with the guard or with a neighbour.

Important : After a period of 10 days without withdrawal of your order from the carrier's depot, your package will be returned to AnimoTAO.com.

When receiving your package, you must:
    Check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery by opening your package in the presence of the carrier.
    Indicate any anomaly on the delivery slip in the form of a precise handwritten reserve (such as a broken bottle, damaged jar, etc.) accompanied by your signature.

PLEASE NOTE: statements such as "subject to unpacking" or "subject to inspection" have no legal value and will not be admissible in the event of a dispute. If the package is too damaged, simply refuse delivery.
Then quickly notify the customer service of the site by email or phone who will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

In all cases, the customer agrees to provide all the evidence enabling AnimoTAO.com to file a complaint with the carrier.
The carrier ensures delivery to the bottom of your building. Remember to provide all necessary assistance if the package is heavy that you cannot handle alone. In case of absence during delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card.
On this notice will appear :
- either a telephone number, in order to agree on a new delivery day,
- or the name of the Relay point where the package was dropped off (the closest to the delivery address originally planned). The customer has 10 days to collect their package. Packages not recovered on time will be returned.

In case of deterioration of your package, you must imperatively refuse its delivery and notify Customer Service at 0.826.38.44.39 (Monday to Friday from 10h to 17h, price of a local call) which then takes care of switching on a complaint procedure with the carrier. In the event of a dispute, the investigation can last up to 21 working days.

Liability limit

In case of return of the package due to an absence of the customer, a problem in the delivery address or an impossibility of receiving the package, AnimoTAO.com will invoice the costs of reshipment to the customer.
AnimoTAO.com cannot be held responsible in the event of disruption, total or partial strike by postal services and / or carriers.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance of the delivery according to the instructions received in the shipping information email by AnimoTAO.com.

8. Payment for validated orders on the Site

The full price of the products is payable in cash at the time of the actual order.
This price is indicated:
    on the basket validated by the customer when ordering,
    on the credit card payment interface when entering payment data,
    on the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the customer at the end of the purchase process.

In the case of payment by check or bank transfer, your order will be reserved for a maximum of fifteen days. Remember us AnimoTAO.com keeps orders pending payment by check for 7 days. After this time, the order will be cancelled.
For transfers from abroad, the transfer costs are borne by the issuer. Be sure to check the amount of your payment.

9. Satisfaction guarantee

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of your order to return the product ordered in order to exchange it or be reimbursed without penalty (except for return costs which are your responsibility).
According to article L. 121-21-8, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, or which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Products quality

The articles provided by the Site are new. If an item is found to be defective or non-compliant, AnimoTAO.com undertakes to exchange or reimburse it, provided that it is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by its purchase invoice in 14 days after receipt of the package.

11. Loyalty Program

Guarantees

5. HOW LONG ARE YOUR DATA STORED ?

AnimoTAO only stores your Data for the time necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3.
This storage period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being liable to vary this period. Likewise, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.
When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
When you contact AnimoTAO using the various contact forms in the Help Center or when you communicate with us by phone or via the chat tool, your data will be kept for up to five (5) years from the last contact.  

Regarding your user account, your billing data is kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. 

The rest of your data will be kept for five (5) years from your request to deactivate your user account. 

Your credit card details, for any purchase, will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the date of debit, in the event of any disputes about the transaction. 

When you request it, your Site user account will be deactivated and then completely deleted at the end of the above mentioned periods from the day you made the request. 

Finally, with regard to the Data collected by means of cookies or tracers, they will be kept up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring audience and up to thirteen (13) months for others.
Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymized to be kept for exclusively statistical purposes.

The Data collected in the context of the use of the Site is hosted by the company 1and1 - 7, place de la Gare BP 70109 Sarreguemines Cedex - France whose servers are located in the territory of the European Union, in Canada and in the States -United.
