Shipping fees are :

  • 5,90 € for France and all E.U countries
  • 8 € for Europe out of E.U
  • 14 € for DOM and TOM
  • 21 € for the rest of the world

Packages are shipped most often during the day if your order is placed before 11:00 am and after receipt of your payment.
The theoretical delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days for France and the EEC.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo followed, delivered with signature.

The customer has 14 clear days from delivery (article L 121-21 of the consumer code) to return an item.
AnimoTAO agrees to exchange, grant a Credit or reimburse the item provided that it is returned intact in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not accepted.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless AnimoTAO advises otherwise.
